What is your turn around time for your products?

My current turnaround time is 1 weeks from the day you purchased from my site.  

Return Policy

I do not offer any refunds on any products that are considered 'custom". 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within a few days to a week (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however sometimes things out of our control may happen. ( Shipping delays by the USPS/UPS) .Please make sure you have input the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid any further shipping charges if a package is returned to me. 

My order has not moved out of PreTransit or it is "lost" What should I do?

All of my orders go out on either a Wednesday or a Friday ( Weekends as needed). Please allow 24 hours from the date you received your tracking number for shipments to be scanned and updates.

If you have not seen any movement with your package in 5 days from receiving shipping, see below.

1. Contact your local USPS and file a claim with them online. The process is fairly easy and will require a bit of information which includes your tracking number.

2. If you believe you have been a victim of a stolen package, please contact your local authorities to file a police report

 

Warranty

- None of my products are shipped out with any form of warranty. You have 7 days from when tracking says 'DELIVERED' to message me about any shipping incident that might have occurred in transport.
